Operation 'Over Lord' Ends

Operation 'Over Lord' is an annual training exercise in which military forces of friendly states and territories participate in a mock war.  It allows the governments of each state to assess their readiness to defend their territories and to assess the impact of their defences.  HIM Caprican Government should be rest assured that  once again, Caprican Military Power and Might was the most advanced.
