Caprican Ordnance Building Industries wins contract

HIM Caprican Government announces that Caprican Ordnance Building Industries has, in the last few minutes, won the contract to build the Type 46 Class Stealth Carrier and the Type 46 Class Support/Science Vessel.  Both purchases scheduled before the increase in Defence Budget debate in April that could extend millitary spending further.
